The forecast suggested cloud, but it was clear so I went down at 11:00pm to a hazy but cloudless sky, with a 3/4 Moon near setting. The plan was to test the ODK as I'd fiddled with it earlier when I shouldn't have. Can't keep my fingers off things. I think I've got things back to normal again. I had a try at a couple of targets but was interrupted repeatedly by cloud banks which cleared as quickly as they came over. The targets were half the double cluster and NGC457, keeping well away from the Moon. Left at 3:30am. Quite like old times.
